shark toys

This is a list of characters from the animated films Toy Story and Toy Story 2.

Toys

Andy's house

* Woody Woody is an old-fashioned pull-string stuffed cowboy doll with plastic head and hands. He is Andy's favorite toy since kindergarten, with a special spot on the bed, and is the leader of the toys. In Toy Story 2 it is revealed that he is based on the main character from a 1950s popular TV Show, "Woody's Roundup". There is some evidence in Toy Story 2 to suggest Woody is a hand-me-down, When Al Is bargaining with Andy's mom in an attempt to take Woody, Andy's mom declines Al's bargain saying it to be "an old family toy". He is voiced by Tom Hanks in the two films and by his brother Jim Hanks on other occasions. Woody is inspired by executive producer John Lasseter's favorite childhood toy, a pull-string Casper the Friendly Ghost talking doll. PIXAR Animator/Director Bud Luckey designed the character and came up with the idea of making him a cowboy. In Toy Story, Woody is the leader of the toys in Andy's room and is considered a force to be reckoned with. When one is in doubt, they usually turn to Woody for aid. Woody is very touchy about his position as room leader; therefore, when Buzz Lightyear budges in, he takes the loss of attention rather hard and goes on a campaign to try and eliminate Buzz. However, soon Buzz and Woody become friends and together they lead Andy's room. Woody is also said to appear in the upcoming Disney MGM Studios and Disney's California Adventure attraction Toy Story Mania.

* Buzz Buzz Lightyear is a high-tech "Space Ranger from Star Command" action figure whose arrival creates jealousy in Woody. He is voiced by Tim Allen in the films and Patrick Warburton in the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command television show. Buzz is inspired by John Lasseter's G.I. Joe doll and his early name was Tempus from Morph. In the credits of the 2006 film Cars Buzz was a car. In Toy Story 2 Buzz "with a bonus belt Buzz" took original Buzz's Place due to that he was locked in a box and set on a shelf (since the imposter didn't know he's a toy.)

* Slinky Slinky is a toy dachshund with a metal slinky for a mid-section. He was voiced by Jim Varney. He is later voiced by Lou Romano. He is based on Slinky Dog, a pull toy by James Industries, which was popular in the 1950s, 1960s and early 1970s. With the permission of James Industries, Slinky Dog was redesigned for the film by PIXAR artist Bud Luckey to make him more appealing as an animated character. Slinky is loyal to Sheriff Woody, even when the other toys turn on him following the "window incident". Although eventually he, too, loses faith in Woody, he is one of the first to accept that Woody was not the villain the others had made him out to be. In Toy Story 2, Slinky is one of the toys who goes on the mission to rescue Woody. His spring mechanism comes in handy several times throughout the course of the mission. Though original voice actor Varney died in 2000, Slinky was said to return in the original plot for Toy Story 3 most likely with a non - speaking part.

* Bo Peep Bo Peep is a sweet and lovable porcelain shepherdess figurine. Bo Peep and her sheep are adornments of Molly's bedside lamp. She is inspired by character of classic children's nursery rhyme Little Bo-Peep. Bo is sometimes considered to be "Andy's toy", because Andy likes to make her the damsel in distress of his plays. Bo is the romantic interest (later girlfriend) of Woody. She is noted for using her shepherdess crook to hook her cowboy and bring him closer in a romantic way. She is voiced by Annie Potts. * Bo Peep's Sheep Bo Peep's Sheep are porcelain sheep, joined together and sometimes mistakenly believed to be a single sheep with three heads.

* Sarge Sarge is the gung-ho commander of an army of plastic toy soldiers from Bucket O Soldiers. The little green plastic soldiers are quite disciplined with a "Leave no man behind" policy and are masters of espionage. Sarge and his troops frequently help out their fellow toys. With their assistance the toys discover what the kids are getting on Birthdays and Christmas. The voice of Sarge was performed by R. Lee Ermey. Also a name after a guy in Army Men Series.

* Mr. Potato Head Mr. Potato Head is a moody Mr. Potato Head doll by Playskool. He is outspoken, sarcastic and jealous. A potato-shaped toy, his patented design allows him to separate his detachable parts from his body by removing them from the holes on his body. He also has a compartment on his lower back to store extra appendages. For some reason, he is the only toy shown to be capable of retaining control over his parts even if they are several inches away from his main body. After the wild ride in the Pizza Planet Truck where he saved three alien toys from flying out the window, him and his wife apparently ended up adopting them as their children. The audio commentary on the 10th anniversary DVD jokes that he is an Irish-Catholic. He is voiced by Don Rickles.

* Rex Rex is a plastic Tyrannosaurus rex with a lot of anxiety from an inferiority complex ("I don't think I could take that kind of rejection!") and he is afraid he is not scary enough. He is a video game fan and is very frustrated that he cannot beat the "Buzz Lightyear" video game. He always reaches the final boss (Zurg) but can never beat him (he thinks that his small arms are to blame, because he "cannot press the fire button and jump at the same time".) In Toy Story 2 Rex finds out how to beat Zurg. On their way to save Woody, the gang goes to a toy store, and in one of the stands there is a player's guide for the "Buzz Lightyear" video game. Rex reads it and is overjoyed, for he now knows how to defeat Zurg. The guide states that he needs to go "in the shadows, to the left" in order to win. In Toy Story 2, he and the Buzz Clone do battle with a Zurg toy which ends with Rex finally defeating Zurg by accidentally whacking him with his tail when he turns around knocking him off of the elevator they were fighting on. Zurg survived and later ended up playing catch with the Buzz Clone. When the toys stole the Pizza Planet Truck he ended up as the navigator. He is voiced by Wallace Shawn. Rex's worst fear (after Sid) is that Andy will gain another, scarier dinosaur. In Toy Story, he stated that he was made by Mattel. (Coincidentally, real-life Rex toys are now made by Hasbro.) Rex is based on the tyrannosaurus toy from the Dinoriders toyline. The videogame he played to try to defeat Zurg is probably Playstation.

* Hamm Hamm (a.k.a. "Slotted Pig") is a wise-cracking talking ceramic piggy bank with a cork in his belly. He is one of the main characters in both films. He and Potato Head appear to be best friends, as they are often seen playing games and clapping hands with each other whenever something spectacular happened. His voice is performed by John Ratzenberger, best known for his role as Cliff Clavin on the sitcom Cheers. Hamm looks to be modeled after the pink plastic Piggy Bank by Little Tikes.

* Mrs. Potato Head Mrs. Potato Head is Mr. Potato Head's wife. Although mentioned as one of Molly's Christmas presents near the end of the first movie, she isn't seen until Toy Story 2. Mrs. Potato Head and her husband become adoptive parents of the three Squeeze Aliens that Andy's toys found in the Pizza Planet truck and brought home. She is voiced by Estelle Harris.

* Wheezy Wheezy is an asthmatic squeeze penguin with a red bow tie, whom Woody rescued from a yard sale in Toy Story 2. He was about to be sold because his "squeaker" was broken, but at the end of Toy Story 2 he's got a new one and sings the ending theme of the movie. Voiced by Joe Ranft, singing by Robert Goulet.

Minor or background characters

* Etch Etch is an Etch-A-Sketch magic screen by Ohio Art Company. Etch is able to draw quickly and, not surprisingly, very well.

* Hockey Puck Hockey Puck is a hockey puck figurine with two red cruciate ice hockey sticks as his emblem. He appears briefly in the first movie and apparently cannot talk.

* Shark Shark is the squeaky rubber shark from Andy's toy box. In Toy Story 2 when Andy plays with his toys just before he goes to Cowboy Camp, the color of Shark changes from dark blue to grey. Shark's additional voice is played by Jack Angel.

* Lenny Lenny is a pair of wind-up walking binoculars, voiced by Joe Ranft.

* Mike Mike is a toy tape recorder by Playskool who helps Woody to amplify his voice when the toys have a staff meeting. At the end of Toy Story 2, he serves as a karaoke machine when Wheezy starts singing. Mike's name is derived from "mic", the abbreviated form of the word "microphone".

* Mr. Spell Mr. Spell is based on a popular 1970's Speak & Spell toy by Texas Instruments.

* RC RC is Andy's remote controlled buggy and a real speed demon. He has a green body with blue splash decals on the front. RC speaks in "whirring" sounds (he can't talk, but Potato Head can understand perfectly his motor sounds). He gets his name after the "Tyco R/C" toy line from Mattel.

* Rocky Rocky is a figure of a heavy-weight wrestler, very probably based on Wrestling Superstars collectible wrestling figures made by Hasbro. He is the strongest guy in Andy's room. As with Troll, Rocky is silent and plays an unimportant role in the movies, but he can speak in the Disney Adventures comics. Rocky's name and a logo on his champion belt are a references to the Rock of Gibraltar and possibly Rocky Balboa. The inspiration for the inclusion of the "Rock" and Gibraltar came from PIXAR designer/animator Bud Luckey's time spent in the British Crown Colony of Gibraltar while serving in the United States Air Force in the 1950's.

=Other Backround Characters in Andy's Room

=

* A green-purple jointed rattlesnake with tracked Rock'N Robot by Playskool are the "Jay and Silent Bob" (Robot can talk, but Snake not) of Andy's room. They belong to lesser-known toys.

* Troikas are a set of five plastic egg-shaped toys in the style of Matryoshka doll with a pics of those animals: bulldog (largest), cat (second largest), drake (medium), goldfish (second smallest) and ladybug (smallest). Troikas are based on Little Tikes Nested Farm Animals.

* Bucket 'O' Soldiers are the plastic soldiers who are set in particular positions. They go on missions to help Andy's toys check up on Andy's and other's activities. The soliders go and find out; Andy's birthday presents at his Birthday Party and Andy's and Molly's Christmas presents towards the end of Toy Story.

* Troll isn't actually a regular character. She is just a pink-haired Troll doll with an abnormally cute face, which is clad in a blue bikini with oxeye daisies. Troll doesn't speak. She communicates by shaking her head for yes/no questions, as seen in Toy Story 2. Troll lives with Shark and Clownball in Andy's toy box. It's unknown what kind of troll doll she is, but Troll looks very similar to trolls made by Russ Berrie in the late eighties. Troll is friendly with Bo Peep and Rocky Gibraltar.

* Toddle Tots Fire Truck is a set of 90's toddler toys including four Fireman Tikes (three Whites and the one Black) and their truck by Little Tikes Company. In Andy's room one can also see other types of Tikes: Cap Tike, Cowboy Tike, Doc Tike, Hunter Tike, Painter Tike, Sailor Tike and Shriner Tike in the little red car.

* 1989 See 'n Say "The Farmer Says" educational toy for toddlers by Mattel, appears only in the first Toy Story. Featured animals clockwise from top: sheep, dog, duck, frog, horse, coyote, rooster, pig, cow, bird, cat and turkey. He always is seen alongside with Mr. Spell

* Barrel of Monkeys is a 1960's preschool game by Lakeside Toys. Andy owns an early 90's version (with red monkeys and yellow barrel), which is produced by Milton Bradley.

* Magic 8-Ball is a "fortune-telling" toy by Tyco. In the first Toy Story, 8-Ball is seen on Andy's desk. In Toy Story 2, 8-Ball lies on Andy's top bookshelf next to a forgotten Wheezy and Rock-a-Stack, an old, dusty baby toy by Fisher-Price. In the first film, Woody attempts to use the ball to predict whether Andy will take either him or Buzz to Pizza Planet. The reply is "Don't count on it", against Woody's hopefulness that he will be taken. Woody fumes and lobs the ball away, but it ends up stuck down the back of Andy's desk - prompting Woody's idea to knock Buzz behind the desk - which ends up leading to the events afterwards.

* Roly Poly Clown is a rocking chiming clown toy, with a party hat and hand-painted jacket with yellow stripes with two big flowery green buttons. It is a possibility that his name is Clownball - because he's a clown and he is round like a ball. A giant version of this toy can be seen at the end of Monsters Inc.

* Dolly is a rag doll who wears blue tank top and pink skirt. Teddy is a pink teddy bear with a grumpy look in his face and Duckie is a rubber duck. They're Molly's toys that can been seen on Andy's desk in the first Toy Story.

* Three Barbie Singers are another of Molly's toys. They perform as backing vocalists when Wheezy sings his song at the end of Toy Story 2.

* In the first Toy Story, in the scene when Woody shouts "Andy's coming, everybody! Back to your places! Hurry!", a toy train can be seen in the overhead shot.

Sid's house

Blown Toys

=Combat Carl

= Combat Carl is Sid's G.I. Joe-type doll who's blown up by a huge M-80, in Sid's first scene (technically deceased).

Hannah's Dolls

* Sally is apparently Hannah's replacement for Janie. After Sid is attacked by the toys, she offers to let him play with her, but Sid runs off in fright. * Marie Antoinette and her little sister is company of two headless dolls from Hannah's tea party. One is Barbie without her original legs (she has spare legs from a rag doll body), second is rag doll in violet bloom dress. A dark brown headless teddy bear is also seen with the dolls. It is due to the fact that Sid tortured Hannah's toys, yet she is able to play with them. "Marie Antoinette" is probably a nickname based on their headlessness, rather than the actual name of one of the toys.

Mutant toys

The Mutant Toys are unlucky mutilated toys who live their unhappy lives in the darkest corners of Sid's room. They were built by Sid from mixed pieces of several toys, both his and Hannah's (hence the baby doll's parts). They don't talk (probably due to the mutilations they suffered) and look horrifying (in fact, Woody and Buzz think they're cannibals who are going to eat them), but they actually are friendly and timid. They fix Buzz's broken arm and also help Woody realize his plan to save Buzz from the clutches of Sid.

Babyface

Babyface - the apparent leader of the mutants, he is a one-eyed Male Baby Doll head atop a spider-like body with crab-like pinchers made of Erector set pieces. One way Babyface communicates with the others is by banging in Morse code on the side of Sid's metal bedpost with his big claw. Babyface lives in the shadows under Sid's bed.

Ducky

Ducky - the result of triple toy combination: a duck-headed PEZ dispenser with a baby doll torso and plunger base. Other than Janie, he is the only one of Sid's toys that can speak in the film (only in Quacks).

Legs

Legs - the only female mutant toy. She is a toy fishing rod with Barbie doll legs. She is apparently very strong, being able to hold Ducky's and Babyface's weight.

Backround Sid House characters

* The Frog - the speediest toy of all: a tin wind-up frog with two different wheels (left is from an erector set and right is from a monster truck) instead of legs. The Frog is missing his left hand. * RollerBob - a jet pilot action figure whose torso has been attached to a Old school Mini-skateboard. * Jingle Joe - another triple toy combination. He is a Combat Carl head (might be the one from the toy sid blew up) staked on top of a Melody Push Chime toddler toy with an arm from a Mickey Mouse figure. * Hand-in-the-box - a green rubber Frankenstein's Monster-like hand in a Jack-in-the-box casing. Communicates in hand signals. * Rockmobile - a figure with an insect's head (it looks like a weird hybrid of fly and praying mantis) who sits in a headless upper torso of Rocky Gibraltar, in which is a steering wheel from a toy car. Rockmobile walks on the Rocky doll's hands. * Walking Car - a yellow 1957 Chevrolet Corvette car with small baby doll arms. He can very quickly run and climb. * The Janie Doll and Pterodactyl - Hannah's beloved rag doll Janie and Sid's creepy toy Pterodactyl are the subjects of Sid's last "operation", called a "double bypass brain transplant" (he ripped off their heads and replaced Janie's head with a pterodactyl's). The mutant toys taped back their heads on the correct bodies. In the scene in which the toys attack Sid, Janie says "Red Rum" in a reference to The Shining (however, this could be interpreted as only Mama).

Also, when Sid is attacked, there can been seen a bunch of other broken toys, including a Squeeze Toy Alien (the one Sid gave to his dog), a burned rag doll (who repetitively utters "Mama", in a manner similar to that of a basic talking doll), a huge red Pickup truck, a handless soldier with a nail in his head, and a headless soldier with a broken leg.

Al's Toy Barn and Al's Home

Jessie

Jessie is a character in Toy Story 2, voiced by Joan Cusack (singing voice by Sarah McLachlan). In the movie, she is a toy modeled after a character on the fictional television show Woody's Roundup, where the characters consisted of Sheriff Woody, Jessie, Stinky Pete the Prospector and Bullseye, Woody's horse. Jessie the doll has a character very similar to the one portrayed on the television show. She is excitable, brave and very athletic. The doll, however, carries a great deal of sadness, as she was abandoned by her original owner because she had outgrown her. In the film there is some ongoing chemistry between Jessie and Woody, though it appears to be a brother-and-sister relationship given that Woody has a girlfriend in Bo Peep, a porcelain figure. Jessie is terrified of storage — almost claustrophobic. At the end of the movie, she and Bullseye are adopted as part of Andy's toys and Jessie seems to have formed an attachment to Buzz, while Buzz thinks that she's a nice girl with a 'hair full of yarn.'

Stinky Pete the Prospector

Stinky Pete is a portly prospector doll, who is still mint in the box. He is the only real toy villain in the Toy Story movies. His voice is performed by Kelsey Grammer. He is a toy modelled after a character on the fictional television show Woody's Roundup, where the characters consisted of Sheriff Woody, Jessie, Stinky Pete the Prospector and Bullseye, Woody's horse. The Stinky Pete doll seen in the film has never been opened and is still "Mint in the Box", making him sought after by collectors. Unfortunately, this has also made him bitter towards the other toys collected by Al for sale to a Japanese museum. In contrast to the character on the show, who was portrayed as an idiot hillbilly, The toy is quite intelligent and well-spoken. One time, Stinky Pete spent a life time on a dime store shelf watching every other toy be sold, until Al McWhiggin eventually found him.

Bullseye

Bullseye is from Toy Story 2. In the film, he is a toy modeled after a character on the fictional television show Woody's Roundup, where the characters consisted of Sheriff Woody, Jessie, Stinky Pete the Prospector and Bullseye, Woody's horse. Both the Bullseye of the television show and the toy are fiercely loyal and obedient to Woody. When Woody ultimately decides to return to Andy's room, it is Bullseye's loyalty that causes Woody to try and get the other toys to join him. Bullseye acts doglike in many ways. In the end, both he and Jessie are now part of Andy's toys.

Backround Al's Home/Toy-Barn Toys

* Emperor Zurg was Buzz Lightyear's arch-enemy, but after he reveals that he is Buzz Lightyear's father (he states this in a Darth Vader type of voice) the Buzz clone and Zurg seem to develop a real father-son relationship (Zurg is playing catch with the Buzz clone at the end of the movie, using his ball-shooter). Also, Zurg is the main boss in the "Buzz Lightyear" video game in the movie, and Zurg's design is reminiscent of Darth Vader. Where when he is about to kill Buzz he states in mockery of Star Wars, ' I am your father', to which Buzz goes 'Nooooo!'.His weapon is a ball-shooter in his right hand. Zurg is voiced by Andrew Stanton. He is defeated in the fight with Buzz on top of the elevator by Rex who'd always wanted to defeat him and is knocked off the elevator though he survives to play catch with the Buzz Clone later. * Tour Guide Barbie is a Barbie doll from Al's Toy Barn. She and all of the other Barbie dolls in the film are voiced by Jodi Benson. When Hamm, Slinky Dog, Rex and Mr. Potato Head come upon the Barbie aisle at Al's Toy Barn while searching for Woody, Tour Guide Barbie hops into the toy car they were driving and helps them locate Buzz Lightyear. At the end of the film, Tour Guide Barbie waves goodbye to the audience until her face hurts. * Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots are a set of two fighting robots by Mattel from Al's office in Toy Story 2. The missing ear on one of the robots is a reference to the notorious Mike Tyson - Evander Holyfield match, in which Tyson bit off a piece of Holyfield's ear.

=Miscellaneous=

Squeeze Toy Aliens

series]]

Squeeze Toy Aliens are a bunch of three-eyed space aliens voiced by Jeff Pidgeon in the motion pictures Toy Story and Toy Story 2. These identical toys were prizes in a game of skill at the Pizza Planet restaurant and each one believes that "The Claw" will somehow choose one of them to "go on to a better place." Three of these toys are rescued by Mr. Potato Head in Toy Story 2 and become attached to him. Mrs. Potato Head chooses to adopt them. They appear to be promotional toys for Pizza Planet, as they wear uniforms with restaurant's logo. They also appear in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins and the subsequent Buzz Lightyear of Star Command television program. In this series they are an actual alien race and are employed by Star Command as scientists and inventors. They are called "Little Green Men" or "L.G.M." for short and they are voiced by Patrick Warburton.

Barbie on Backpack

Barbie on Backpack was a Barbie whose face was drawn on by the little girl named Amy who owns her. She seems happy enough with her owner, despite the stickers and pen marks on her face, and some of her hair being cut off. She calls Amy "an artist".

"Bonus Belt" Buzz

"Bonus Belt" Buzz, When Andy's Buzz Lightyear accidentally frees a powerful "Bonus Belt" Buzz, he got locked up in a case and "Bonus Belt" Buzz takes his place. He, like the Buzz from Toy Story, believes that he is a real space ranger. He is last seen playing ball with his "father" Zurg at the end of Toy Story 2.

Humans

Andy Davis

Andy Davis is the owner of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the other toys. Unlike Sid, he treats his toys with a large amount of love. In Toy Story, Andy had received a Buzz Lightyear action figure for his birthday, causing tension between Buzz and the other toys. When Woody and Buzz escape from Sid's house, his family and his toys move away. At the end of Toy Story, he receives a puppy. In Toy Story 2, he is only seen at the beginning and for a short while at the ending. However, during the short time he is in the movie, it is easy to tell that he still loves his toys very much. Andy lives with his mother and his sister, Molly. His father is not present. According to "Toy Story" Producer Ralph Guggenheim, John Lasseter and the story team for Toy Story reviewed the names of Pixar employees' children looking for the right name for Woody's owner. "Andy" was ultimately named after Andy Luckey the son of legendary animator Bud Luckey -- Pixar's fifth employee and the creator of Woody. The younger Luckey in interviews has claimed he wasn't aware that he was the namesake of the character, adding that he had assumed the character to have been named after PIXAR animator Andrew Stanton. "It's kind of a funny 'urban legend' that 'Andy' from Toy Story was named after me. But, if he was named after a real person at all, it was probably Andrew Stanton," Andy Luckey told Animation Magazine. * Mrs. Davis is the mother of Andy and Molly. She is voiced by Laurie Metcalf. * Molly Davis is Andy's one year old baby sister. She is an infant in Toy Story and a toddler in Toy Story 2.

Sidney Phillips

Sidney 'Sid' Phillips is a hyperactive, disturbed, thirteen year old boy and the main villain of the first film. He was Andy's vicious neighbor (until Andy moved) and the worst nightmare a toy may have. Sid is a young, bratty skate punk with metal braces, whose idea of fun is terrorizing his sister and destroying toys in many ways (exploding, burning or in his "mad doctor" plays). He also likes skateboarding and listening to rock music. He is voiced by Erik von Detten. According to an interview, Sid is named after a former employee at Pixar who would take toys apart and sometimes rebuild them in different, albeit disturbingly odd, ways. *Hannah Phillips is Sid's frail little sister. She cherishes her dolls and holds pretend tea parties with them. Her toys are often the victims of Sid's activities. She is voiced by Sarah Freeman. * Mr. Phillips is seen asleep on a La-Z-Boy when Buzz enters the TV room. * Mrs. Phillips is not seen, but Hannah calls for her on several occasions and calls to Sid twice in the film.

Al

Albert 'Al' McWhiggin is the greedy toy dealer who steals Woody in Toy Story 2 in the hope of selling him to a Japanese toy museum. He is voiced by Wayne Knight. He is the owner of a toy shop called Al's Toy Barn and the main villain of the second film. The store is first seen in an advertisement during the original Toy Story, but Al did not appear. He is first seen in Toy Story 2 during an advertisement in which he dresses in a chicken suit. Later, he is seen trying to buy Woody at a garage sale being held by Andy's Mom. Rebuffed, Al steals Woody, intending to sell him, along with the rest of his collection of Woody's Roundup toys, to Japanese interests for a large sum of money. His last name was revealed on the nameplate on his desk. According to Disney Adventures magazine, Al wasn't allowed to play with his toys as a child. This, in turn, led to his toy collecting niche. * Gerald 'Geri' comes to Al's apartment in Toy Story 2 to repair Woody in preparation for his trip to Japan. He calls toy restoration 'art'. Geri is voiced by Jonathan Harris. Geri was originally in the 1997 Pixar short-film entitled Geri's Game.

Other characters

* Buster is Andy's dachshund, whom he receives at the end of the first Toy Story, but is first seen in Toy Story 2. Always full of energy, and overall a good dog. He and the toys are friends and he's fiercely loyal to Woody. He obeys all commands given to him by Woody, but yet, he completely ignores Andy, probably because Woody has more skills for Buster than Andy. * Crazy Critters are a bunch of animal characters from Woody's Roundup show including an armadillo, bat, bear, beaver, bird, deer, vulture, bear cub, porcupine, flying squirrel, rabbit, skunk, rattlesnake, turtle and wild cat cub. They come quickly when Jessie calls them. Woody understands them in the cartoon "Woody's Roundup." * Scud is Sid's furious bull terrier and horrible "toy-chewer machine". He has a white body with brown spots, and a red spiked collar. He has a patch around his left eye. * Speck is Andy's second dog. He appeared in a Disney Adventures Comic. Unlike Buster, he was very violent and none of the toys liked him. But after he saved Woody from being run over by an RV, he was dubbed a hero.

Trivia

*Toy Story character names have been used as code names for all of the Debian GNU/Linux computer operating system releases. * Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Bullseye, and Mr. Potato Head also appear at the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts as meetable characters.
